Hello Samir,
You can do B.Ed. For doing B.Ed, you must have completed YG with at least 55%.

No, there will be no such possibility that MHSET exam dates will clashes with the UGC NET exam date. NTA conducts the UGC NET on the national level where as MHSET is conducted on the state level which is conducted on small level compared to the UGC NET. UGC NET is conducted twice in a year generally
