According to the UGC NET guidelines, you can apply for the exam in the subjects of your post-graduation or related subjects. As you have done MBA in Finance and Marketing, so you can appear for the exam in UGC NET Economics, UGC NET Commerce and UGC NET Management. You can select one of these subjects according to your interest in them. And make sure that you will fulfill all the eligibility criteria of exam. Please go to student section of the college and take a form for duplicate certificate and attach required document. Then, you will get the certificate in 20 days.

Basically, for being a primary teacher, an aspirant can pursue a two-year Diploma in elementary education, which is known by different names like BTC, PTC, ETE, D.Ed TTC, etc. But such diplomas should be approved by NCTE.

B.Ed is necessary for teaching jobs. Although M.Ed is not necessary for teaching but this degree gives better chances in teaching profession.

It is my advice to you that along with B.Ed from regular mode, do pursue for Masters from distance mode and this will give you dual benefits of B.Ed and Masters.
