No, you cannot do B.Ed. Eligibility to pursue B.Ed is graduation with minimum 50% from any UGC approved university. But, you can do after completion of class 12th. You can join teacher training course in correspondence or regular mode as per your requirements.

And, I think they should not give either as the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test KTET is held in order to shortlist aspirants possessing adequate skills to teach in Lower Primary, Upper Primary as well as High School classes in the state of Kerala.
