If you are graduated and already done Masters. So, why don't you go for any reputed college or university instead of doing B.Ed. Now clearly, UGC NET or JRF is in the high demand. Think once.

NET exam is mandatory to become assistant professor in college level. Some universities/institutes hire MBA graduates with industry experience for teaching. But In National level for Government colleges clearing NET exam is mandatory. You have another option pursue Mphil/Ph.D in any reputed university. You can get fair chances for teaching. The eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission in UPRTOU is given below:
Educational qualification:
Candidates should have completed teachers education programme by a conventional method from an NCTE recognized institute or are appointed as a teacher in primary schools can apply.
Or
Candidates should have done graduation or post graduation in any discipline with minimum 50%( for SC/ ST 5 % relaxation) aggregate marks from a recognized university.
