Hello Balbeer,
NET exam is mandatory to become assistant professor in college level. Some universities/institutes hire MBA graduates with industry experience for teaching. But In National level for Government colleges clearing NET exam is mandatory. You have another option pursue Mphil/Ph.D in any r
