Yes, B.Com and B.Ed Special Education Integrated is full time four year course degree offered by Amity University, Noida and approved by NCTE.

Yes, The B.Ed degrees mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools. So, if you want to choose teaching course B.Ed is compulsory.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. So, you can't apply for B.Ed.

Candidate must have completed graduation/masters securing at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
So, you are not eligible for B.Ed.

B.Ed. Structure and Duration: - The B.Ed. programme shall be of two years duration; that is four semesters which can be completed in a maximum of four years from the date of admission to the programme. The semester wise course structure of B. Ed. is as under:-

If you have minimum 55% aggregate marks in MBA Finance, then you can apply for the UGC NET exam Commerce or UGC NET Economics. Because Finance subject is related to Commerce and Economics subjects and according to the NET exam guidelines candidates can appear for the exam with the subject in which they have done their Masters or related to that. If you want to be appear for the JRF NET exam then you have to fulfill the age criteria also I. e. 30 yeras maximum age to apply. Reserved category aspirants get the relaxation of 5 years in age.
