Hi Somi,
The UGC is an individual agency which is responsible to approve sure the quality education and infrastructure in the university and colleges. University Grant Commission gives approval to the colleges if it fulfill all the UGC Norms to provide the quality education to the students. After qualifying the NET exam you do not need to attend any written examination and will be selected based on personal interview. Hope it will help you. All the best.

I. Persons having the following minimum qualifications shall be eligible for appearing at OTET For Category-A (Paper-I): Higher Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (CT or D. El. Ed.)

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed online. Online courses are design in such a way so that student can learn from anywhere and at any time. Some institute are offering online e-learning portal with 24 X 7 online support and with books, Recorded lecture, online exams etc.

You can pursue both the courses simultaneously from different universities. But, it would be better to first focus on one course and then take up another course. If you can manage the studies of both the courses together then you can do them.
