Yes, you are eligible to write NET exam, but as you have a degree in pharmacy, you will rather go CSIR UGC NET exam rather than UGC NET exam. And, in that you will apply from life sciences or chemical sciences subjects. Detailed information you will get from csir. Hrdg. Res. In. And, the forms for CSIR UGC NET are not out yet. Good luck.

Firstly, there is no such subject as biology in NET exam. UGC NET provides specialized subjects option. So, if your specialization is provided by UGC NET, you can apply in that particular subject. You can visit the UGC site or information is provided by Shiksha and get detailed information from it. Good luck.

There is no age restriction, however, candidate must be minimum 17 years of age. Candidates will have to fulfill different eligibility according to their wish to be a Primary or Elementary Teacher. The basic eligibility for CTET is a graduation or a 2-year Diploma in elementary education with minimum 45-50% marks.
