Now, as per the government's the latest notice, you can pursue both the things together. But, I'll suggest you to continue only with B.Ed and then after that, go for M.Sc. M.Ed integrated course, as this would be more beneficial.

You have to go through the competitive exam on the basis of you marks in graduation and competition you will be given the college accordingly.

Yes, you can, but you already have 3 years Diploma. Better look for Job options. Apart from that, you can pursue B.Ed. There will be no problems.
