Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET Exam as the eligibility for the UGC NET Exam for a general candidate is 55% marks. For the reserved category candidate, the eligibility is 50% marks. Hello,
Yes, you can apply for UGC NET with M.Sc in Botany. But, you have to make sure that you should have at least 55% aggregate marks in Masters' degree. As per the latest news NTA has been started the UGC NET 2018 application process from 1st September 2018. If you want to apply for the NET exam then hurry up and fill the application form.
You can apply till 30th September 2018. Remember that, if you are applying for NET JRF exam, then your age must be less than 30 years.

Now, as per the government's the latest notice, you can pursue both the things together. But, I'll suggest you to continue only with B.Ed and then after that, go for M.Sc. M.Ed integrated course, as this would be more beneficial.
