Yes, B.Ed is compulsory for CTET from 2018.

If your 2nd-semester result comes before the CTET result, there may be a chance.

The full form of B.Ed is Bachelor of Education. You can do B.Ed course after successfully completing your graduation.

Hello Rajeev, Yes, you have done your M.A. Through IGNOU which is a university formed by an act of parliament. It's degrees are acceptable for all purposes including NET exam conducted by UGC. Best wishes.
