Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Arts/Commerce/Science streams from any recognised board with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Candidates must have B.A. Or B.Sc. Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. B.Sc. Degree holders must have studied any two of the following subjects; Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany or Zoology. Or B.A. Degree holders must have studied any one of the following subjects; Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi or Urdu And any one of History, Economics, Geography or Political Science.

You can go for B.Ed after your B.Tech. Eligibility for B.Ed in most of the top universities is Pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech. Or B.E. With specialisation in Science and Mathematics, rest it may vary with the university you choose.
