The minimum qualification to be a BSA is that candidates applying for the teachers' post should be Graduate in the concerned stream and B.Ed. /L. T or its equivalent with TET pass certificate. Applicants interested to apply for the post should send application in the prescribed format along with all the documents & certificates related to educational qualification and other relevant documents attested by gazetted officer.

If you are planning to go for civil services then yes you can go for it with the required qualification.
