The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam is a post-graduation degree. As you have completed the Master's degree in IT, then you are definitely eligible to apply for the UGC NET examination. The next UGC NET exam will be conducted in December.

UGC NET exam is conducted in more than 80 subjects. Tourism is one of the subjects included in NET exam for the candidates aspiring to make a career in the lectureship and research programme. NET exam is basically conducted in the month of June and December.
