B.Ed is a mandatory qualification required for teaching in all Government Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas and Army/Airforce Schools. If you wish to become a government teacher then you need to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) exam as it has become a minimum eligibility criterion for the same. Almost every state and central government conduct their TET exam every year. Even some states conduct the TET exam twice in a year while in some states the TET exam is conducted once in two or three years depending on the vacancies they have.

When the CTET Forms of Application Open, you should be having your B.Ed. As the Forms come generally when the B.Ed Results have come out, you can still find out this from their websites where they specify that the submission of the B.Ed result is mandatory. Being in the Court Semester in June means that either you are just waiting for the results of 4th Sem. So I am of the view that you can apply with a provisional certificate of Appearing in the B.Ed.
