It depends on the course that you wish to pursue. Please mention the course name in order to get a better guidance.

For admission in B.Sc B.Ed you need to have minimum 45% marks. You must have passed 10+2 in Science stream with Biology/ Maths as one of the optional subjects. Also, you need to appear for Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) and the admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET).

The counselling takes place in the month of May-June.

I could not get your question, please clarify the question. BITS has PhD programmes for all the departments.

Fee structure will be around 1.4 Lacs for first year but 1.2 Lacs for remaining years. I think both programs are really good and will fetch you job. Just go through the curriculum of both IT and CS and choose the one you are more comfortable with.

There are three levels of teaching degrees: a Diploma, Bachelors, and Masters in education. Now, it depends on you what do you want to pursue and which standard kids do you want to teach. And if you want to become a teacher in schools and university's you gave to pass CTET (Central Teaching Eligibility Test). Private tutoring can start without give CTET and with basic knowledge in computer science.

No, CTET requires passed or appearing in either Diploma or full degree in teaching education.
