You can do that but many colleges take maths as a compulsory subject for B.Sc CS. Check the requirements of the college you wish to go in.

Yes, you may take admission in Central University, Haryana. The university is good for B.Ed.

AILET is a paper based test, shading the ovals in the OMR sheet also takes time (unlike a click in a Computer Based Test). Aspirants can apply for AILET on the official website of NLU, New Delhi. The application forms for AILET exam are mostly available for purchase from the first week in Januar
