Once you have done M.Sc and Ph.D in mathematics, you will be fully knowledgeable and there would be no difference between you and others who may have done this after BA or B.Sc in maths.

Yes, you can teach commerce in schools. Choosing education and mathematics in B.Ed doesn't matter for that. But you must have knowledge in the subject of commerce for teaching commerce in schools.
