No, the scores are not good to get your admission in any college. I would suggest you either re-appear for NEET or get admission through management quota.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have Graduate and a Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.
The webpage of this college is silent about fees charged for various courses. You can get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information on the fee structure.

If you have completed Masters in the English with 63% marks, you can prepare for the UGC NET Exam. Hello, If you aspire to make career through Ph.D. programme. You have a very good option to prepare for the UGC NET Exam. The NET Exam is conducted every year in the month of June and December. There is no age limit to appear in the NET Exam but to get the Stipend of INR 25000 per month you need to qualify the NET JRF Exam. By the help of the UGC Score Card, you can apply in any University and college of India for lectureship and Research programme.

If you are asking about B.EL.ED course then, yes the course give 100% placement.Placement is pretty high and good, average package you would normally get is around INR 5 lacs, but in the end, it all depends on you, how you carry yourself into the placement process. No one can guarantee a placement, but you would definitely get ample of opportunities to get yourself into a healthy industry.
