Eligibility for B.Ed. in Physical Science:
Listed below are the minimum criteria which candidates interested in pursuing the course are required to fulfil, in order to be eligible to apply for the course:
Successful completion of graduation (B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. ), from a recognised university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at the level of graduation. Regards.

If you have completed the post-graduation with min of 50 % and 55 % for Reserved, women and other categories you are eligible.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed and candidate must satisfy prescribed eligibility criteria before applying to B.Ed course. Candidate with at least 50% marks either in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or any other Qualification recognised as equivalent thereto in order to take admission to the B.Ed.
