For any course in India, it is required that college or university should be recognised by UGC because some minimum guidelines are laid by UGC for education standards and quality teaching. Otherwise, the degree from non recognised universities are not valid.

Yes, you can join Birla Global University, it provides immersion programmes for the newly joined students in which basic knowledge of Commerce will be provides so it will be easier for students from any stream to pursue BBA. It also has an excellent infrastructure and hostels.

Please check for your eligibility to apply for the APSET from the criteria mentioned below:
APSET 2018 Eligibility:
Candidates should have secured minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Masters degree or equivalent exam from any university/college that is recognised by UGC. Aspirants belonging to reserved categories such as OBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ST/PwD are eligible to apply if they have secured minimum 50% aggregate in their Masters degree or equivalent exam. Aspirants who are appearing for their Masters degree final year exam and whose exam result is awaited can also apply for APSET exam. But such aspirants will be off
