Eligibility for distance course in Hindi B.Ed in Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya is mentioned below:
Candidates with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of OBC, SC, ST &PH) either in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanities are eligible for this course.
BE/B.Tech with specialization in science or mathematics with 55% marks are also eligible.

You need to fill APSET application form. You can download their APSET 2018 admit card from the official website of the exam by providing their registration number and date of birth. The minimum qualifying marks in APSET exam are as follows:
General 40%, and OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwD 35%.
