Yes, you can apply for PGT or TGT with your special degree (I think you are taking about - Integrated Degree).

Yes, you can as PGT requires Master's Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Hi, B.El.Ed is a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and D.El.Ed is Diploma in elementary education. They are not equivalent. Bachelor's degree requires 10+2 with minimum 50% and 2-year diploma in elementary education whereas D.El.Ed requires 10+2 passed (any stream).
