You have to clear or complete your Bachelors degree with 50% or more marks with B.Ed. courses. Masters degree is preferable.

Kindly, specify your area of interest as pursuing M.Phil would be a task on its own and has different results. Whereas, if you opt for Masters then you would be leading to other goals, hence mention your goal so that I could guide you accordingly.
