Yes, it is fine.
Start with B.Ed. program after 12th and then go for M.Ed. or do Bachelor's and Master's in your specialized field.

As said earlier, to become a successful professional in teaching field one should have a minimum qualification in Bachelor of Education. The job opportunities for these professionals are numerous. They can find employment in various government and government aided institutions. For this recruitment the government organizes SET. Hi,
National Eligibility Test is organized for lectureship. The minimum qualification is 55% aggregate or more for general category and 50% aggregate or more for others. The minimum qualified marks should not be less than 55% or 50%.
State Level eligibility test is for lectureship. The minimum eligibility criteria is same as above. After qualifying any of the above exams, one may become eligible for lectureship.
