So, you can look for PG Diploma or Graduate certificate programs in Educational Leadership, Educational Counseling, Adult and Post-Secondary Education, Community Services and Early Childhood, Educational Contexts, Higher Education Leadership etc. Popular universities include University of Alberta, University of Calgary, University of Manitoba, George Brown College etc.

The minimum qualification is graduation for TGT and PGT. Yes, B.Ed or BTC is compulsory.

You are advised to register for regular Ph.D / FPM or Ph.D by distance learning for a career as teaching faculty in B-Schools.

This totally depends on a particular person's mindset, goal and interest. Profile and salary are totally different in both the fields. In hotel management, starting is a bit tough and challenging and for further growth, you should go for MBA programme, but in the teaching profession, you have to learn teaching skills, obtain knowledge and keep your-self up-to-date in the related subject or general going in the education field. In teaching, you have to enhance your academic qualification in time.
So, decide the field according to your calibre and interest.
