Yes you can, even if you are working.

To pursue a teacher training course, decide which level of class you wish to reach. In case of nursery the courses would be NTT. For class above 1-12, you can pursue B.Ed., after your graduation. CTET is also quite necessary these days. Complete your PG too, even if you get placed, as that will upgrade you to PGT level.

You can give PGT and TGT both after MA.

Both the options are good. One of them is for marketing line and other is for teaching.

B.Ed and MCA are two different courses with different subjects.

There are institutes like WABS TALK, inlingua and British council that offer English speaking courses. Other than that, please buy a book called Rapidex, read and work on it religiously for three months. Try watching some English TV series with subtitles like 'Friends'. If you know a friend who knows English well, practice talking to him and ask him to point out your mistakes.
