If you wish to go in the teaching line then B.Ed is compulsory. The eligibility criteria for doing B.Ed after B.Tech or B.E.
10+2 or graduation (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BA) from recognized university with at least 50% marks. You have to take the entrance exam of respective university or college and score well to get a seat in your desired college.
Generally, for the entrance exam preparation of B.Ed, you will see the following topics:
1. General aptitude.
2. Quantitative aptitude.
3. General awareness.
4. English comprehensive.

If you are passionate about science and love the core value of physics then go for M.Sc and if you want to enrich your knowledge in business field then go for MBA.
