No, it cannot. The study material in the Masters is an in depth study of your Major. However, the B.Ed course includes the study of Education concerning your subject, strictly. Most educational institutions require B.Ed on top of your M.A. degree these days.

No, IGNOU offers B.Ed through distance but it's only for the people having two-year experience in teaching. IGNOU offers 2 years B.Ed course.

These days, the advice is for a good accent. Even if you aren't grammatical, it's not a big problem. But, your English should sound English. I feel that you have to train yourself for about 2,3 months. Practice Phonetic Symbols first and then Stress, for all important words. Practice speaking slowly and fluently. Give right pauses. Be clear about Aspiration. Listen to good English broadcast regularly.
