For a regular job, there are stipulations by the UGC. NET is primarily required. Please, check the UGC site for the latest information.

No, IGNOU offers B.Ed through distance but it's only for the people having two-year experience in teaching. IGNOU offers 2 years B.Ed course.

These days, the advice is for a good accent. Even if you aren't grammatical, it's not a big problem. But, your English should sound English. I feel that you have to train yourself for about 2,3 months. Practice Phonetic Symbols first and then Stress, for all important words. Practice speaking slowly
