Yes, students enrolled in the TMU BPharma programme get practical exposure. With the aim of holistic development, the university has included various practical components in the BPharma syllabus. As per the curriculum, in the seventh semester, students are required to complete an internship in a relevant field or industry. They get a certain time period to complete it. Yes, it is possible to pursue BPharma from TMU even if one didn't study Biology in Class 12. To bridge the knowledge gap between bio and non-bio students, the university has introduced a compulsory course, namely 'Bridge Course'. Under this course, those who have studied PCBZ at Class 12 are offered a Remedial Mathematics course, and students who have studied PCM at Class 12 are offered Remedial Biology course in their first semester.
