Yes, you can get Textile Technology in Serampore at Government College of Engineering & Textile Technology (GCETTS). You can also get Jute and Fibre Technology at University of Calcutta.

However please do remember that a student will need to pay many more types of fees other than this. Hence you should budget for St least rupees one lakh p

Hi Pavan, NIFT does not offer B.Tech. It offers courses in B. Des (Bachelors in design). For B.Tech, you will have to appear for engineering entrance exams like JEE, IIT, GATE BITSAT etc. Once you get admission into an engineering college then you can opt for whichever course you are eligible for, a
