No, you can't M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.

It is best, if you go for a undergraduate programme in Textile technology. Be it BA/B.Sc/B.Tech in Textile tech. Though, it is hard to find colleges offering UG courses under correspondence, so I would advise you to go for full time classes.
