No, you can’t M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.

It is best, if you go for a undergraduate programme in Textile technology. Be it BA/B.Sc/B.Tech in Textile tech. The last year cutoff for B.Tech fiber technology is 17375 and for the textile industry was 12237.

Cutt off may be 98 percentile for this course.
