Hello Kaushik,
Till last year, admissions were based on entrance exam conducted by Anna University. But from this year onwards this has changed. It will be based on marks obtained in 12th. Due to this cutoffs of last year have lost all relevance. And I am sure your exam of 12th also is over. So, just don't worry. Relax and wait for results to be announced.

Minimum score required in HSC is 50% in class 12 with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics , and a minimum score of 80/200 in NATA to get admission in Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE Madurai) for B.Arch. Regards.

Total 96% students of the final year already got placed and numbers are still counting. Amazon.in offered 14.5 LPA, ITC -6 LPA, Tata Consultancy Services-5.5 LPA, Honeywell-6 LPA, Colgate-5 LPA, Wildcraft-5.5 LPA, Federal Bank, City Union Bank, Janalakshmi, Tech Mahindra offered an average salary package-6.5 LPA.
Some of the company visiting the campus are:-
Early bird recruiters: TCS, ITC, Amazon, Honeywell, Nestle, Asian Paints, Ernst & Young, Colgate, GSK, Wildcraft and Sundaram Finance.
Recruiters in the pipeline: Cognizant, Bosch, BNY Mellon, Hyundai, Whirlpool, Mahindra Finance, BNP Paribas and many more.
Highest Salary: Rs. 14 LPA C

It's nice to see that you got Admission in two colleges. I would ask you to look into convinience, fees, hostel facilities etc to enable you to decide on either of the college. Academic reputation of both these colleges is ok.
