Hello Kamakhya,
The gtp programme had been stopped this year but they might be starting from 2020. Steps. We should apply online on website of Taj once application is approved you will be called for interview and group discussion round and accordingly they will select candidates. Compared to the MPH degree, the MHA focuses less on disease and more on the delivery of healthcare services. In fact, the MHA degree shares some common ground with the MBA degree, but with an emphasis on the business of healthcare. Masters in public health is good in terms of earnings.

Yes, you can do M.Sc in Radiography from IIMT college as you are eligible for the course. It is good that you have completed your B.Voc from a college like TISS.
