Yes, to get an admission in Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI), you have to appear in both IMUCET and TMISAT.
IMUCET helps you get through all the government IMU campuses on the other hand TMI, which is a private institute conducts it's own separate Computer Based Test which majorly contains questions from Maths and Physics.

Hello Sharad, There are plenty of students who clear BBA exam every year and hence it's not any special subject of graduation. On the other hand, students who take marine engineering from TMI are invariably placed every year. In view of this I would like to advise you that please go for TMI. Best wishes to you.

Eligibility criteria here is the Qualification of grade 12th with minimum aggregate marks of 60%. Mandatory Subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks in mandatory subjects and must have studied English as a subject either in Class X or Class XII with securing at least 50% marks.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must have 6/6 vision in both eyes and color blindness is not permitted.
