Its decent enough accommodates 2 per room. There are 3 hostels H1 H2 H3, to be very honest the H2, H3 are way spacious compared to that of H1. But this depends on the house wise the cadets will be distributed once into college the Green house (Cassim)
Blue house (Morarjee) would be allotted H1 and the maroon (Mudaliar) and light brown (Master) allotted H2
H3 is basically for the final years (4th years cadets that are in Mechanical engineering branch. I am H1 student and have been living here for 2 years there's no problem with ventilation nor anything regarding that because the rooms are

The modes of Tolani Maritime Institute course admissions are offline and online. Admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate courses is based on merit, entrance exam scores, Personal Interview and medical examination rounds. At the undergraduate level, Tolani Maritime Institute offers two to three-year B.Sc. Four-year B.Tech, and other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers a one-year Masters Programme in Marine Engineering and other courses to students. The college also offers Diploma and Certificate courses to students.

1.4 years of B.Tech in Marine Engineering or B.Tech in Nautical Technology with a minimum of 60% average, or
2. B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering with a minimum of 60% average, or
3. B.Tech/BE in Naval Architecture with a minimum of 60% average, or
4.3 years of Diploma/college degree as Deck or Engine Room Officer or B.Sc. In Nautical Science with a minimum of 60% average plus Class I Certificate of Competency as Master or Chief Engineer
5. English language requirement is IELTS 6.5 (no element below 5.5) or equivalent.
