Firstly, it depends on your keen interest and skill sets and how you want to take it forward after you complete the course. Honestly, if indeed you want to and can manage time well, you do both. Like a certificate course in one of them and a proper Diploma or Bachelors in another. That way it gives you time to decide and expertise in both fields.

Complete 10+2. Then, you could do a Bachelors in Travel and tourism. There are certificate courses and Diploma courses too instead of Bachelors. But, if you would like to do travel and tourism since its your passion then why not a full fledged Bachelors. During course of study look for internships. Because hands on along with theoretical studies gives confidence.

I believe, a few years of experience in the relevant field would be good to start with. It gives you a perspective. After you have few years of experience, you could ask yourself if you want an MBA in travel and tourism and flourish long time in the same area or you wish to divert to other fields.

You could pursue a MBA in travel and tourism. It is a thriving industry with great opportunities. Do it post the completion of Bachelors. Minimum of 45-50 % marks as aggregate would be required. Plus of course the entrance exams and interviews/group discussions for MBA entrance.

10+2 is the most basic qualification. However, make an informed choice as to what course you want to do. Like a 6-month foundation course or 1-2 years Diploma or a proper Bachelors of 3 years. It is indeed a promising field with lots of opportunities.

There are a lot of job options for those who want to travel alongside work. Travel and Tourism industry offers these opportunities; Training and teaching is one area I have seen out of personal experience where travel is extensively involved; if you are in the roles where customer interaction in person and delivery services onsite have to be happen you are bound to have to travel; if you are in the consulting business too travel is a given; English teaching specifically a good idea.
