Vardhman Mahaveer Open University earlier known as Kota Open University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission), DEB, AIU (Association of Indian Universities), and NCTE. All the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by VMOU Kota are approved by UGC (University Grants Commission),

Yes, Lalit Narayan Mithila University earlier known as Mithila University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and was established in 1972. There are some b school like Graphic Era, Doon Business School which offer MBA in Healthcare management. I would suggest you to make a list of top 10 b schools for MBA HM and then try for these MBA HM from TISS, IIHMR, Symbosis is worth the investment and time.
