The Madhya Pradesh government and the University Grants Commission (UGC) both approve of Shri Krishna University. Yes, Lalit Narayan Mithila University earlier known as Mithila University is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission) and was established in 1972. The university is accredited with a B Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). There are some local colleges at every region with low fees for MCA. In Uttarakhand one can find colleges like Amrapali, IMS Noida, GL Bajaj offering MCA at reasonable fees.

There are some b school like Graphic Era, Doon Business School which offer MBA in Healthcare management. I would suggest you to make a list of top 10 b schools for MBA HM and then try for these MBA HM from TISS, IIHMR, Symbosis is worth the investment and time.
