Yes, ITM University, Gwalior is both UGC- and AICTE-approved. ITM University Gwalior is a state university under 2 (f) of UGC ACT and it does not require AICTE approval as per law. This standing of law is notified in the case of Bharathidasan University Vs AICTE.

Yes, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University was established in 1989 and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). The university is a member of the AIU (Association of Indian Universities), ACU, AAOU, ICDE, and is accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with an A Grade.
