Candidates who qualified their higher secondary exam with minimum 50% marks from any recognised board can apply for UID. The admission process of UID for B. Des is two tier Design Aptitude Test (that) & Situation Test. After qualifying tha that shortlisted candidates are called for Situation test and Portfolio evolution to Ahmedabad. After qualifying successfully by these exams, you became eligible to take admission in UID. For more details You can also visit UID's official website at www.karnavatiuniversity.edu.in.

Dear Monika, Its a suggestion for your future guidance, never wait for the last day for anything in your life. Not only to apply somewhere but also submission of your assignments. Nikhil you can choose any UID entrance aptitude test center as per our choice because UID conducted this entrance exam all over in India, for more information u can visit UID official website.

Hi Sreebhadra I am not sure about the exact no but I am sure they have a very limited seats. For UG they have 420 seats for 8 specialisation & in PG 60 seats for 6 specialisation. UID select the candidates in the basis of performance in the entrance exam.

There shall be an Aptitude test of 2 hours with a total of 100 marks, with a level of 10th standard. The aptitude test will consist the following three parts:
1. PART-A General Knowledge
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
2. PART-B Mathematics
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
3. PART-C : This covered the following
a) English
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
b) Regional Language
Total question=25 (MCQ)
Max marks=25
Qualifying marks :-
a) Part-A+B= 10 Marks minimum. For OC, 9 for OBC and 8 for SC/ST. B) Part-C=10 Marks minimum. For OC, 9 for OBC and 8 for SC/ST. C) minimum 40 marks in Part (A+B+C) for OC, 37 for OBC and 33 for SC/ST.
