Indian students who want to take admission to the undergraduate courses of UCD are required to have at least 70% - 85% (Depending on the subject, exceptions are there) in Class 12. IELTS is basically a British test, if you have applied for an institute in British Commonwealth then go for IELTS else you can take up TOEFL which is also widely accepted. As far as I know, TOEFL is accepted in Ireland.

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
