As per information with me you should select Chandigarh University. But then it must be accepted that some other persons could opt for a different choice.

Its difficult for you to get admission in this college with this percentile in JEE Mains even if your board marks are good as cut off is high in this college.

CSE has more scope then any other branch so I prefer you to go for it as no one cares from which college you had done and above all this your first priority must be your interest.

According to my views and experience, UIET University is the best university for the management courses. In this university, you can get good placements. And, good companies come here for the placement cell. You can get good companies here for the placement. This college has good infrastructure and

There is no clear information whether Kurukshetra University comes under JoSAA or not. However, the admission is based on the JEE Mains scores only.

Dear, Use Shiksha college predictor https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/upsee-college-predictor according to me you have low chances for UIET but try to sit in all rounds of counseling to get a good college.
