As you have scored 74 percentage in class 12th and 88.6 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting a seat in this college with this score will be difficult. I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wise

Upvote The counselling process of JOSAA works on the basis of your rank and percentile in JEE Mains and your college selection, whichever college you will put at first position will be given to you first, if first is not possible, then second and so on. Best of luck.
