No, Indian students don't need to submit a separate application for most merit-based scholarships. UArizona automatically considers students for scholarships as per their completed admission application.
Students need to maintain a unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for merit-based financial aid.

Indian students need to pay an enrollment deposit worth USD 450 (INR 43.2 K) to confirm their seat for the incoming classes. It is due before students can register for orientation or apply for on-campus housing.
Students can pay the deposit by logging into the Next Steps Center using their NetID. Select Flywire to pay the fees in INR.

The Uni of Arizona offers academic support to Indian students via THINK TANK (academic support center at U of A). The center helps students with in-person/online writing feedback, subject-specific tutoring classes, and specialised support for PG students.
Additional writing resources include the Writing Skills Improvement Program (WSIP), and the SALT center for learning disabilities.

Yes, UA does have an active Indian student organization. Students can contact the Uni Arizona Indian Student Association via their social media handle (@uaarizona_isa).
The association organizes several cultural and academic events such as game and movie nights. Indian students also get help with regards to adapting to life in the US and other support services.
