Overseas students must be mindful of the fact that they can work no more than 20 hours per week while classes are in session and it is essential that this employment does not interfere with a their academic program. During vacations, they can work for unlimited hours.

Yes, The Guardian University Guide rankings are realized for the UK-based universities only. Some of the few indicators that are used to compute the rankings of these universities are entry standards, student-staff ratio, teaching quality, feedback, career prospects, etc.

UEA ranks at #45, which is a decline by 12 spots as the university ranked higher in the year 2024 at the rank #33. The rankings for this university are constantly declining since 2023.
