The University of Hamburg offers merit-based scholarships to international students with exceptional academic achievements. There is no application fee to apply online to the University of Hamburg. However, international students are required to send only verified academic transcripts by uni-assist. The uni-assist charges EUR 75 per application each semester. This fee is subject to vary each year. Also, if your transcripts are verified by a German authority then you do not need VPD from uni-assist.
