The Univ of Bremen offers education free of cost for international students; however, they are required to pay a semester fee worth EUR 350 per semester.
It is the same case with the Univ of Hamburg, which only asks for a per-semester fee of around EUR 335.
Thus, it can be said that Hamburg offers a more affordable education.
