Yes, Hamburg University charges an application fee for admissions. For international students, the University of Hamburg application fee is EUR 75 (INR 6.8 K)Candidates can pay this amount either through a bank transfer or credit card. Since the application fee is non-refundable, applicants do not receive any refund even if they withdraw the application.

EU Business School Munich and the University of Hamburg are both reputed and recognized universities located in Germany. While EU Business School Munich has an annual tuition fee of INR 12.04 L – 13.16 L for undergraduate international students, the University of Hamburg does not offer any tuition fee for undergraduate students at the university. Both the University of Hamburg acceptance rate as well as University of Bonn acceptance rate stand at 36% each, which tells us that securing admission in these universities is equally competitiveUniversity of Hamburg admissions are very selective in nature and students must be an all-rounder in order to get admitted for pursuing their higher studies. Candidates who are excellent in academics as well as activities outside class are more likely to secure an admission.

The Univ of Bremen offers education free of cost for international students; however, they are required to pay a semester fee worth EUR 350 per semester. 
It is the same case with the Univ of Hamburg, which only asks for a per-semester fee of around EUR 335
Thus, it can be said that Hamburg offers a more affordable education.

The University of Hamburg offers a variety of master's programs, but it does not specifically list a master's programme in web development on its official website. However, If you are interested in a master's programme in web development conducted in English, you may also consider other universities in Germany, such as SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, which offers a degree course in web development conducted in English.

The University of Hamburg does not charge tuition fees for the majority of its programs, including for international students. However, all students are required to pay a semester contribution, which is about €335 per semester for the summer semester of 2022. The semester contribution is composed of several components, including €12 for constitutional student body regulations, €179.90 for the semester public transport pass, €5.10 for the semester public transport pass hardship fund, €85 for the Studierendenwerk, and an administrative fee of €50.

Yes, the German student visa allows international students to work while studying in Germany. International students are allowed to work for a total of 120 full or 240 half days in a year. usually, as per the university norms, a student is allowed to work for more than 20 hours a week during the term. However, working for more than 20 hours a week will require international students to pay for health insurance, unemployment as well as nursing care insurance.
