No, the University of Hamburg offers free tuition for most of the programs except the executive MBA. However, students must make a budget for living costs that can lie between INR 70K to INR 1.2 L. Students who are willing to do an executive MBA can expect an overall cost between INR 15L and INR 22 L, including living expenses.

Both Bonn and Hamburg are considered among best universities in their respective regions.

Securing seat at either is not easy ask with both being selective to great degree. UBonn acceptance rate stands at around 36% while that of Hamburg Uni is 24%. 

Thus it can be said though both universities are selective to varying degrees, securing a seat at UOB is marginally easier.
