International students, including Indians, are generally eligible for an application fee waiver at the University of Houston. The UH application fee is USD 90 (INR 7,726) which can be waived off. The process starts by applicants filling out the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) Fee Waiver Form and uploading it through their myUH account.
Eligibility might be determined by one of the following criteria:
Eligible for ACT or SAT testing fee waiver
Eligible for the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch program
Family income within USDA guidelines for financial need
